1. Authorized use only
Pedro only scans domains you have proven ownership of via DNS TXT verification. By creating a project, you confirm that you are authorized to request security testing of that domain, and you accept responsibility for ensuring that authorization is genuine and current. You may not use Pedro to scan any domain you do not own or control, or to scan a domain on behalf of a third party without their explicit, verifiable authorization.
2. No warranty
Pedro is provided "as is." Automated and AI-assisted security assessments cannot guarantee the discovery of every vulnerability, and a clean report is not a guarantee that a target is free of security issues. Pedro is a tool to assist your own security review, not a substitute for a full manual penetration test or compliance audit.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick LLC (operating as The Pedro) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from findings that were missed, findings that were false positives, or actions taken against a domain you were not actually authorized to test.
4. Accounts and plans
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Pedro is priced per project rather than as a recurring subscription; project plans may be changed at any time from your dashboard.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Pedro to attack, disrupt, or degrade any system, or to extract data for any purpose other than remediating your own security posture. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pedro after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
