The Pedro is operated by Quick LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), and any company or organization name you provide. When you create a project, we collect the domain you register and the DNS verification record we ask you to add.

2. Scan and finding data

Once a domain is DNS-verified as yours, Pedro runs automated checks against that domain and stores the resulting findings against your project. Where a finding involves personal data belonging to your own users or customers (for example, an exposed email address), we store it against your project and mask it by default in your report — showing enough to confirm the leak is real without displaying full raw records. This data exists to help you remediate the underlying exposure and is not sold or shared.

3. How we use your data

We use account and project data to operate the service: running assessments, generating reports, billing, sending scan-completion and security notifications, and providing support. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of processors to operate Pedro, including our hosting provider, our payment processor (Stripe) for billing, and a transactional email provider for account and notification emails. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

5. Data retention and deletion

Account and project data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated projects at any time by contacting us — this permanently removes your projects, findings, and scan history.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the address below to exercise any of these rights.
